We require 2 bids for capital equipment costing more than $20,000. Any item under $20,000 only one bid is required - even if the total project exceeds $20,000.
We have rescinded the requirement for complete spend-down of the prior Capital grant before applying again. We will take the circumstances into consideration if the second application is continuation funding for a large project.
Capital Projects with a high completion cost: If you have done a feasibility study, please submit it with your application. We want to know how you plan to provide on-going support funds for the project.
The Board Members and Officers page has been amended. We require information about your LOCAL board as they are the face of the Organization in Monroe County.
For June 30 Fiscal year filers, your 990 must be filed on or before April 30 and be submitted with your application.
The IRS extension deadline of May 15 is AFTER our deadline and WILL cause your application to be rejected.
All required documents must be submitted as separate attachments. Please DO NOT combine documents, as we archive them individually for reference.
